  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 30-32 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

48 ounces white grape juice, chilled

48 ounces pineapple juice, chilled

2-liter bottle lemon-lime soda or ginger ale, chilled

1/2 gallon sherbet (raspberry, orange, lime, or rainbow)

Optional garnishes: sliced oranges, lemons, fresh berries, gummy bunnies, Peeps

Instructions

1. Ensure all juices and soda are thoroughly chilled before starting.

2. Pour the chilled pineapple juice and white grape juice into a large punch bowl and stir gently.

3. Slowly pour the chilled lemon-lime soda down the side of the bowl.

4. Just before serving, add large scoops of sherbet to float on top of the punch; do not stir.

5. Add fresh fruit garnishes to the bowl and ladle into glasses to serve immediately.

Notes

For a less sweet version, substitute soda with flavored sparkling water. Make a decorative ice ring using juice and fruit to keep the punch cold without diluting it. Add soda and sherbet just before serving for maximum fizz.
