Instructions

1. Prepare your base by placing a serving platter or cake stand on a flat surface.

2. Create the base layer by arranging 6-7 donuts in a tight circle, using a dab of frosting to secure them to the platter and each other.

3. Continue stacking layers of donuts, making each layer slightly smaller to create a cone shape, applying frosting between each layer.

4. For tall towers, insert a wooden dowel through the center of the stacked donuts for stability.

5. Lightly drizzle the tower with warmed frosting or a thin glaze and immediately add sprinkles.

6. Use frosting to attach the marshmallow tail near the base and the candy eyes and nose further up the tower to create a face.

7. Insert the bunny ears into the donut hole at the very top of the tower to finish.

Notes

Assemble the tower on the day of your event for maximum freshness. For easy transport, build the tower on a sturdy cake board and use a central dowel for support. Get creative by tinting frosting or adding edible glitter.
