A vibrant and refreshing juice blend made with watermelon, cherries, mixed berries, and beets. Packed with antioxidants, hydration, and natural energy, it’s a delicious way to boost your wellness and feel revitalized.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seedless

1 cup sweet dark cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen

1 medium raw beet, peeled and chopped

1/2 inch piece fresh ginger (optional)

Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Instructions

1. Wash all produce thoroughly and peel the beet.

2. Cube the watermelon and pit the cherries if using fresh.

3. Chop the beet and prepare the ginger and lemon juice if using.

4. Process all ingredients through a juicer, alternating between soft and hard items.

5. If using a blender, combine all ingredients with a splash of water and blend until smooth.

6. Strain through a nut milk bag or sieve for a smoother juice, if desired.

7. Stir the juice well and pour into a glass over ice.

8. Serve immediately for the best flavor and nutrient absorption.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe produce for the best flavor and nutritional value.

Frozen cherries and berries are convenient and keep the juice cold.

Juicer yields a thinner drink; blender keeps fiber for extra digestive benefits.

Add mint for a refreshing twist or a pinch of sea salt for electrolytes.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
