These Turkey Cranberry Sliders are the ultimate sweet-savory crowd-pleaser—perfect for parties, leftovers, or any time you want an easy, delicious bite-sized sandwich.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls or other slider buns

1 pound cooked turkey, sliced or shredded

1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

6 slices Swiss or provolone cheese, cut in half

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. Slice the entire slab of rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottom half in the baking dish.

3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the bottom buns.

4. Layer the sliced or shredded turkey over the cranberry sauce.

5. Add the halved cheese slices evenly over the turkey.

6. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese to complete the sliders.

7. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder.

8. Pour the butter glaze evenly over the rolls and brush to coat. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top if using.

9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

10. Remove foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes, until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

11. Let sliders rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

For best results, use leftover roasted turkey for extra flavor. These sliders can be assembled a day ahead—just add the glaze right before baking. Brie, cheddar, or pepper jack can be used in place of Swiss or provolone for different flavor profiles.
