Ingredients

- 8 – 12 oz warm filtered water
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Optional: 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- Warm water (do not boil).
- Stir in salt until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice or honey if using.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
