Ingredients

Scale
  • 812 oz warm filtered water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • Optional: 1/2 lemon, 1/2 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Warm water (do not boil).
  2. Stir in salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice or honey if using.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Best when used daily as part of a hydration routine.
