Description

A simple, mineral-rich morning tonic made with Himalayan pink salt, lemon juice, and filtered water to help support hydration, digestion, and energy balance.


Ingredients

¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

810 oz warm filtered water

Juice of ½ a fresh lemon


Instructions

1. Warm 8–10 ounces of filtered water until it is comfortably drinkable.

2. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.

3. Squeeze in the juice of ½ a lemon and mix well.

4. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Optional add-ins include:

– 1 teaspoon raw honey for sweetness and antioxidants.

– 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar for gut support.

– A few slices of fresh ginger for anti-inflammatory benefits.
