Ingredients
2 medium organic beets, peeled and chopped
1 organic apple (optional, for sweetness)

1 cup cold filtered water

Instructions
1. Wash and prep all your produce thoroughly.
2. Peel and chop the beets into small cubes for easier blending.
3. Add the beets, apple, carrot, ginger, and water into a high-speed blender.
4. Blend until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
5. Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into a glass jar or jug.
