- 1 teaspoon cold-pressed black seed oil
- 1 drop wild oregano oil (diluted in 1 tsp olive oil)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons water or orange juice (for taste)
Instructions
- In a small glass, combine the black seed oil and diluted oregano oil.
- Add lemon juice, cayenne, and honey.
- Stir in a splash of water or juice to make it easier to drink.
- Mix well and take it like a shot!
Notes
- Best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- For taste, use fresh juice instead of water.
- Cycle 2 weeks on, 1 week off for ongoing use.
