A creamy, tropical non-alcoholic piña colada punch made with pineapple juice, coconut, and soda—perfect for parties and safe for all ages to enjoy.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

46 oz pineapple juice, chilled

15 oz cream of coconut (such as Coco Lopez), chilled

13.5 oz unsweetened coconut milk, full-fat, chilled

2 liters lemon-lime soda or sparkling water, chilled

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from about 2 limes)

Ice, for serving

Optional garnishes: Maraschino cherries, pineapple wedges, orange slices, mint sprigs, cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

1. In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, pour in the chilled pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and coconut milk.

2. Use a whisk to stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and the cream of coconut is fully blended.

3. Stir in the fresh lime juice to brighten the flavor and balance the sweetness.

4. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.

5. Add plenty of ice or a decorative ice ring to keep the punch cold.

6. Garnish with fruit slices, cherries, and cocktail umbrellas. Ladle into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare the punch base (steps 1–3) and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Add soda and ice just before serving.

To create an ice ring, freeze pineapple chunks, cherries, and citrus slices in a bundt pan with water. Use this in place of regular ice to chill the punch without dilution.

Customize with strawberry puree, mango nectar, or orange juice for fun tropical variations.

Blend the ingredients for a slushier or smoother texture, or scale down the recipe for individual servings.
