Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch (1/8 tsp max) of cayenne pepper
8–10 oz filtered cold water
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or a few drops of stevia
Instructions
1. Juice your lemon and pour 1 tablespoon into a glass.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
3. Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
4. Pour in filtered cold water (8–10 oz).
5. Stir thoroughly or shake in a sealed bottle.
6. Drink immediately on an empty stomach in the morning or before meals.
7. Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
8. Shake or stir before each sip if ingredients settle.
Notes
Start with 1/2 tablespoon of ACV if the flavor is too strong.
