Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Warm the water slightly.
- Mix in lemon juice, ACV, and salt.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add cinnamon if desired and enjoy!
Notes
Drink 30 minutes before meals for best results. Store up to 3 days in the fridge.
