Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp maca powder (or Rhodiola extract powder)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust cinnamon or maca if desired.
4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
