Ingredients

1 tsp grated dried mountain root

1 slice fresh ginger (optional)

1 cup boiling water

1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1 tsp lemon juice


Instructions

1. Boil 1 cup of water.

2. Add the grated mountain root and optional ginger slice to the hot water.

3. Let steep for 10–12 minutes.

4. Add Himalayan pink salt and lemon juice.

5. Stir well and drink 30 minutes before a meal.

Notes

This tea is ideal to drink in the morning or before meals to enhance fat burning and reduce bloating. Combining it with light exercise or the 30/30/30 method (30g protein, 30 min movement, within 30 minutes of waking) can amplify weight loss results. For a gentler taste, you can reduce the root amount to 1/2 tsp and add a dash of cinnamon.
