Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 810 oz room temp water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass or mason jar.
  2. Stir or shake until well mixed.
  3. Drink immediately or steep for 5–10 minutes.

Notes

Avoid cold water. Can be made in batches for convenience.
