Ingredients

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 8–10 oz room temp water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a glass or mason jar.
- Stir or shake until well mixed.
- Drink immediately or steep for 5–10 minutes.
Notes
Avoid cold water. Can be made in batches for convenience.
