2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
1 cup green M&M’s or holiday candies
12 ounces green candy melts
12 ounces white or vanilla candy melts
1/4 cup St. Patrick’s Day sprinkles (shamrocks, rainbows, gold sugar)
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning candy melts)
Instructions
1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spread popcorn evenly in a single layer, removing any unpopped kernels.
2. Scatter mini pretzels and Lucky Charms cereal evenly over the popcorn.
3. Melt green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Add coconut oil if needed to thin.
4. Drizzle melted green candy evenly over the popcorn mixture.
5. In a separate bowl, melt white candy melts using the same method until smooth.
6. Drizzle melted white candy over the popcorn.
7. Immediately sprinkle green M&M’s and festive sprinkles over the top before candy sets.
8. Allow mixture to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes until fully hardened.
9. Break into clusters and serve or store in an airtight container.
