Ingredients
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
Holiday sprinkles, for decorating
Instructions
1. Unwrap the Christmas Tree Cakes and crumble them into fine crumbs in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add softened cream cheese and mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator or 15 minutes in the freezer.
4. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and place back on the baking sheet. Immediately decorate with holiday sprinkles. Allow to set at room temperature or chill until firm.
Notes
Chill truffles before dipping to ensure a smooth coating.
Use high-quality melting wafers or almond bark for best results.
Decorate immediately after dipping before the coating hardens.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Freeze for longer storage—up to 2 months in a freezer-safe container.
