A festive no-bake snack mix made with crunchy cereal, salty pretzels, white chocolate, green candy drizzle, and colorful sprinkles for the ultimate St. Patrick’s Day party treat.

  • Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 cups 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups Rice Chex cereal

4 cups Corn Chex cereal

2 cups mini pretzel twists

1 1/2 cups green and white M&Ms (divided)

12 ounces white chocolate chips

1/2 cup green candy melts

1/4 cup green, gold, and rainbow sprinkles

Edible gold glitter (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a very large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, and 1 cup of the M&Ms. Toss gently to mix.

3. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

4. In a separate bowl, melt the green candy melts using the same 30-second interval method, stirring until smooth.

5. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold until evenly coated.

6. Spread the coated mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

7. Drizzle melted green candy melts over the mixture.

8. Immediately sprinkle with remaining M&Ms, festive sprinkles, and edible gold glitter if using.

9. Allow to set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.

10. Break into bite-sized pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Melt chocolate slowly to prevent scorching or thickening.

Work quickly once chocolate is melted so it coats evenly before setting.

Use fresh cereal and pretzels for maximum crunch.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Easily customize with nuts, mini marshmallows, or different colored candy melts.
