Description

Ingredients

1 tablespoon dried lemon balm (or 56 fresh leaves)

1 teaspoon green tea (optional)

12 slices fresh lemon

1 cup hot water


Instructions

1. Add the lemon balm and optional green tea to a tea infuser or directly into your mug.

2. Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.

3. Let steep for 5–7 minutes.

4. Add lemon slices and stir.

5. Drink warm 30 minutes before meals or before bed.

Notes

You can sweeten this tea with a small amount of raw honey or stevia if desired. For added fat-burning support, pair with ginger, mint, or cucumber. Ideal for reducing cravings, bloating, and supporting a calm metabolism.
