4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish


Instructions

1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan.

6. Cook the sauce on low heat, stirring until thickened and creamy.

7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 more minutes, spooning sauce over the top.
