1/4 cup cold or room temperature water

1 cup hot water, herbal tea, or warm broth

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)

Pinch of cinnamon or ginger (optional)

Instructions

1. Pour the cold or room temperature water into a mug and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface without stirring.

2. Allow the gelatin to sit for 3–5 minutes until it absorbs the water and becomes thick and jelly-like (this is called blooming).

3. Pour the hot water, herbal tea, or broth over the bloomed gelatin.

4. Stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves and the liquid becomes smooth and clear.

5. Add honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, or ginger if desired and stir again.

6. Drink immediately while warm before it begins to gel.

7. Repeat daily as part of your wellness routine.

Notes

Always bloom gelatin in cold liquid first to prevent clumping.

Do not substitute flavored gelatin or Jell-O, as they contain sugar and additives.
