A simple, protein-rich gelatin cube recipe designed to reduce appetite, support metabolism, and promote weight loss naturally.
Ingredients
2 tbsp unflavored grass-fed gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Stevia or monk fruit sweetener, to taste
1/4 cup fresh fruit pieces (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, add the gelatin powder to cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Pour in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
3. Add lemon juice and sweetener. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow glass dish.
5. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
6. Cut into cubes and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
Serving size: 2–3 cubes per day before meals.
For extra fat-burning benefits, sprinkle in cinnamon or a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Best consumed 30 minutes before meals to promote fullness and reduce cravings.
Can also be added to smoothies or hot drinks like coffee for variety.
Store gelatin cubes in the refrigerator for up to one week.
