A refreshingly light and visually stunning spritz cocktail, perfect for springtime celebrations. This drink is incredibly easy to make, featuring a pastel color and a bubbly, crisp taste ideal for Easter brunch or afternoon gatherings.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale

3 oz Prosecco, chilled

2 oz Liqueur of choice (e.g., elderflower, Lillet, Aperol)

1 oz Soda water or sparkling water

Ice cubes

Garnish (e.g., lemon wheel, fresh berries, mint sprig)

Instructions

1. Chill a large wine or balloon glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

2. Fill the chilled glass generously with ice cubes.

3. Pour your chosen liqueur over the ice.

4. Gently pour in the chilled Prosecco.

5. Top with soda water.

6. Give the drink a very gentle stir, add your garnish, and serve immediately.

Notes

To make a large batch, combine the liqueur and Prosecco in a pitcher and chill. When serving, pour into ice-filled glasses and top individually with soda water. If your spritz is too bitter, adjust by adding more Prosecco or a splash of simple syrup.
