Naturally flavored waters infused with fruits, herbs, and spices to support hydration, digestion, and overall wellness.
Ingredients
½ lemon, sliced
4 cucumber slices
5 strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
3 mint sprigs
3 slices fresh ginger
½ apple, sliced
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup cubed watermelon
2–3 basil leaves
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 tsp grated turmeric
3 lime slices
3 grapefruit slices
1 rosemary sprig
¼ cup blueberries
1 tsp dried lavender
Filtered water
Instructions
1. Wash all fruits and herbs thoroughly.
2. Slice or chop fruits and gently crush herbs to release flavors.
3. Add chosen ingredients to a glass jar or pitcher.
4. Fill the container with filtered water.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for stronger flavor.
6. Serve chilled. Refill with fresh water up to 2 times within 24 hours.
7. Discard ingredients after 24–48 hours or when flavor fades.
Notes
Choose glass containers to avoid chemical leaching.
Use organic produce when possible.
Citrus ingredients may become bitter after 24 hours.
For stronger flavor, lightly muddle ingredients before adding water.
