Description

A bright blue, no-churn ice cream packed with crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies—fun, nostalgic, and perfect for Cookie Monster fans of all ages.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Blue gel food coloring (a few drops)

8 Oreos, crushed

6 chocolate chip cookies, roughly chopped


Instructions

1. Whip the cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

2. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the mixture until you achieve the desired Cookie Monster blue color.

4. Fold the blue mixture gently into the whipped cream using a spatula until well combined.

5. Gently fold in crushed Oreos and chopped chocolate chip cookies.

6. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.

7. Sprinkle extra cookie chunks on top for decoration.

8. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

9. Scoop and serve straight from the freezer!

Notes

Use gel food coloring for the most vibrant blue without thinning the mixture.

You can substitute the cookies with gluten-free or vegan options if desired.
