Description

A refreshing, naturally sweet tropical drink made with hydrating coconut water and vitamin-rich pineapple, perfect for wellness, workouts, or summer sipping.

Ingredients

Scale

1½ cups fresh or chilled unsweetened coconut water

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

Juice of ½ lime (optional)

Handful of ice cubes (optional)

Mint leaves or basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Add the coconut water and pineapple chunks to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Strain the mixture if you prefer a thinner texture.

4. Add lime juice and a handful of ice, then blend briefly again.

5. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint or a pineapple wedge.

6. Serve immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention.

Notes

Use frozen pineapple instead of ice cubes to avoid dilution.

Do not heat the drink—keep it raw to preserve vitamin C and bromelain.

Add a pinch of sea salt after a workout to replenish electrolytes.

Drink within 24 hours and store in a sealed glass container.

Pairs well with mango, lime, or mint for variations.
