A decadent dessert cocktail blending vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, cherry liqueur, and a delicate hint of rose for an elegant twist on the classic mudslide.

Ingredients

1 oz vodka

1 oz coffee liqueur

1 oz Irish cream liqueur

0.5 oz cherry liqueur (such as Cherry Heering or kirsch)

1 oz heavy cream

23 drops food-grade rosewater

Ice

Chocolate syrup for glass drizzle (optional)

Chocolate shavings, maraschino cherry, or edible rose petals for garnish

Instructions

1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside a chilled coupe or martini glass and place it in the freezer to set.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice.

3. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, cherry liqueur, heavy cream, and rosewater to the shaker.

4. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

5. Strain into the prepared chilled glass.

6. Garnish with chocolate shavings, a maraschino cherry, or edible rose petals.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.

Notes

Use rosewater sparingly, as too much can overpower the drink.

For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with one scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream and 0.5 cup ice.

Adjust cherry liqueur to taste for a stronger fruit note.

Chocolate vodka can be substituted for regular vodka for extra richness.
