A creamy, decadent dessert cocktail that captures the nostalgic flavor of Cadbury Mini Eggs in a sophisticated martini, perfect for spring and Easter celebrations.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1/4 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs, divided

1 tsp honey or simple syrup

1.5 oz vanilla vodka

1 oz chocolate liqueur

0.5 oz white creme de cacao

1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half

Ice cubes

Chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Place some Cadbury Mini Eggs in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

2. Spread honey on a small plate and the crushed eggs on another.

3. Dip the rim of a martini glass in the honey, then into the crushed eggs to coat it.

4. Chill the prepared glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.

5. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, white creme de cacao, and heavy cream.

6. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.

7. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

8. Garnish with a few whole Cadbury Mini Eggs and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor, use high-quality spirits. For an extra-cold martini, chill your vodka and liqueurs beforehand. A dairy-free version can be made with full-fat oat milk or coconut cream.
