Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp grated ginger
- Optional: 1/2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Warm the water (not boiling).
- Add salt and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in lemon juice and ginger.
- Add honey if not fasting.
- Drink fresh in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Skip honey to stay in a fasted state. Store for up to 2 days in the fridge.
