Ingredients

- 1 tbsp butterfly pea flowers
- 1tsp grated ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp yerba mate
- 1 tsp raw honey or stevia
- 2 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil and add ginger and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat, add butterfly pea flowers and yerba mate. Steep 10 mins.
- Strain, stir in lime juice (watch color shift!), and sweeten to taste.
- Serve warm or over ice.

- Drink before meals for appetite control
- Avoid at night if using caffeinated herbs
