2 cups filtered water
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice (or a mix of both)
2 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt
Instructions
1. Gather all your ingredients. For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed citrus juice.
2. In a large pitcher or jar, combine the coconut water, filtered water, and citrus juice.
3. Add the raw honey or maple syrup and the sea salt.
4. Stir or shake vigorously until the salt and sweetener are completely dissolved.
5. Taste and adjust if necessary. Add more sweetener or a bit more salt depending on your needs.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve cold.
Notes
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and consume within 2 to 3 days.
