A natural health recipe using baking soda designed to support digestion, energy, detox, and odor control for men.
Ingredients
1 cup filtered water (lukewarm or room temperature)
½ tsp baking soda (aluminum-free)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon OR 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: ⅛ tsp Himalayan pink salt or 1 tsp raw honey
Optional: 1 tbsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch (for deodorant paste)
Optional: 2 tbsp coconut oil (for skin recipes)
Optional: A few drops essential oil (e.g. tea tree or sandalwood)
Instructions
1. For a daily detox drink, mix baking soda with water and lemon juice or ACV. Let it fizz, stir, and drink on an empty stomach.
2. To improve workout performance, take ½ tsp baking soda in water 60–90 minutes before training.
3. Create a natural deodorant by mixing baking soda, arrowroot powder, and coconut oil. Apply under arms after showering.
4. Use baking soda in a foot soak by dissolving 2 tbsp in warm water to reduce odor and kill bacteria.
5. To hydrate and replenish electrolytes, mix ¼ tsp baking soda with ⅛ tsp salt in water and drink slowly after sweating or exercise.
6. Use baking soda as a skin exfoliant by mixing 1 tbsp with a few drops of water. Scrub rough areas gently and rinse.
7. Repeat any drink recipe 1–2 times daily, but not more than 7 days in a row. Rotate with other natural remedies.
8. Store DIY mixtures in a sealed container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
